Vinyasa Yoga 200-hour teacher training is is for you if you want to deepen and gain more knowledge about yoga and everything related to it. The main goal of the training is to share skills, knowledge and practice to become an excellent yoga teacher and start this wonderful path. However, this training is not only for students who would like to start teaching yoga, but also for the students who would like to deepen their own knowledge and personal practice.


About the training

Infra Yoga School 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training is a  journey into the depths of Yoga, which will evolve Your practice and transform Your life. Our goal is to educate passionate, enthusiastic and compassionate teachers, who teach yoga with confidence and inspiration to everybody.

​The main focus of the training is on one of today's most popular yoga styles - Vinyasa Flow, which is varied, dynamic and challenging at both physical and mind levels. While focusing on a specific style, this training provides basic knowledge of yoga, yoga positions, teaching, anatomy, philosophy and the history of yoga.


Certificate


This Yoga Alliance certified teacher training intention is to provide solid foundation to teach yoga, the base from which to guide students trhough a practice that heals, supports, inspires and educates.

Upon completion of the 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, You will be eligible to registrer as a certified 200-hour Registred Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance. Certification provides worldwide recognition of Your yoga training, education and knowledge.
Yoga Alliance is the largest international nonprofit association representing the yoga community.

Course content

 Overview of Vinyasa Yoga
What is Vinyasa Yoga and how does it differ from other yoga styles? What are the basics and essence of this yoga style? Why practice one of the most popular yoga styles in the world? Vinyasa yoga theory and methodology: fundamentals, essence and practice.


Yoga asana technique and teaching methods.
Through theory and practice, we will cover more than 70 postures, with variations snd modifications over 120 positions. We will learn each pose verbal adjustments, funcyional anatomy, alignment principes, risks, benefits, modifications, variations, hands-on adjustments and use of props.

Yoga anatomy

We will go under our skin and learn more about the movement - the skeletal system and the muscular system (muscles, bones, joints, connective tissue) to understand how our bodies are created. We are exploring  in more detail the human body through five areas: the spine, hips and lower extremity, the trunk, upper extremity - the shoulder Gridle. What is connective tissue and its importance in yoga. We will observe trough asanas the work of the muscles, bones, and joints and what is the  priority in the position. What stops us-- the uniqueness of the human body. How to perform yoga poses so that they are safe and secure to do and without injury.

Yoga class structure
Yoga class principles and objectives, planning and sequencing the classes, classes for different levels of students, explore the act of intention and theme settings. What are the basis for great yoga class? How to creatively plan and compose diffrent series of asanas.

What is Yoga? The main themes and ideas, Eight limbs of Yoga, in depth 5 Yamas and Niyamas

Overall goal of yoga throughout history, different styles and lines


Yoga ethics and lifestile
Review established ethical codes of conduct for yoga teachers, 
How we live our larger lives off the mat? The importance of self care, creating boundaries.


Pranayama
Basic and intermediate pranayama techniques, importance of breathing, how to connect asanas and breathing.


Meditation
What is meditation and why we do it? Combining yoga and medita? We will explore different meditation techniques and types, mindfullness.


Energy anatomy
What is energy and more precisely what is subtle energy? We will explore human energyfileds, channels and energy centres - chakras. What is prana ans it´s five functions. Fivr energy layers - koshas and their functions and features. We go deep in to essence, goals and principles of the seven major energy sentres. How Chakras influence us both on the physical and emotional level? 
What are the characteristics of a balanced and unbalanced Chakra? How to restore a steady flow of energy in the energy centers through yoga and other methods. In practice, we do different techniques and exercises for sensing energy and balancing energy centers.


Mantras and Mudras
What are mudras? Why we practice Mudras and how to practice them. Mudras and five elements.
What are Mantras? Relationship between mantras and Chakras nad get to know the best known mantras.


Prenatal yoga
Introduction to Prenatal yoga. Overview of prenatal yoga nature, dangers and opportunities. How to safely practice prenatal yoga?

Yin yoga
Introduction to Yin yoga. What is Yon Yoga? How does Yin Yoga differ from Vinyasa? Yin Yoga nature, principles and approach.

Practicum
practice teaching in groups and individually, preparing and sequencing yoga classes, observing the classes

Homework
Preparing classes and leading the classes. Yoga classes leading starts in first module to practice yoga teaching. Homework includes essays, literature reading and yoga practice.

The training has total 189 contact hours and 30 practical hours (attending yoga classes, class preparation, leading yoga classes, observing yoga classes.

Teachers

Temea Milliron

​Temea is the leading teacher in Infra Yoga School and one of the Infra Yoga studio founders. She is born in Estonia, but on 1999 moved to United States. She has been practicing yoga more than 15 years, but the very first Vinyasa yoga class she took during her training for NYC Marathon on 2007. Temea experienced a joint discomfort and hip pain, and decided to take a yoga class. She walked in to Vinyasa Flow studio and was hooked, because her hips and joints felt better right after the class and she liked the physicla part of it. Also she started noticing how much she enjoyed the spiritual and mental part of the practice. In 2009, Temea became certified 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher to share her love for yoga to others and opened her first studio in US.
On 2012 she opened a very first heated yoga studio in Estonia. and on 2013 founded first Yoga school with Yoga Alliance in Estonia and offered first 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training. Now the school runs also 25h, 50h togehter with 200h-teacher trainings. 
Infra Yoga School has been her main work focus and project for the last years. Every year the Teacher Training proves and grows trough developments and new insights. Temea is inspired by the students she meets and loves to share her deepest passion to yoga.

Temea is E-RYT200 and YACEP (Continuing Education Provider) certified teacher with Yoga Alliance and continues her studies in Advanced Embodied Yin and Yang teacher training program. In 2015 spring, she completed Prenatal Yoga teacher training and is registred Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). In same year she trained with Judith Hanson Lasater and now is certified Restorative Yoga teacher. Additionally Temea has Embodied Yin yoga teacher certification. 

Today she teaches in US and Estonia, her 
Vinyasa classes are fun, dynamic, energetic, but playful with a strong emphasis on alignment and breath.

Kerli Vendelin
​
Kerli is one of the Infra Yoga Studio founders and teachers. She is certified 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher (E-RYT200) and has completed Prenatal Teacher Training, Embodied Yin Yoga Teacher Training. She finished her 300-hour Advanced Embodied Yin and Yang teacher training program in 2018 and is registred RYT500 teacher with Yoga Alliance

On 2012 Kerli and her sister Temea, opened their Yoga studio in Estonia, which is now one of the biggest and known in Tallinn. Each year they lead many retreats together in Estonia and also aboard. 

Kerli is consistently finding ways to deepen her practice and teachings trhough different trainings, workshops and events. She has big intrest for semi precious stones and is a Crystal Healing Therapist. Kerli is also a practicing Reiki level 1 and 2 practioner.

Kerli teaches weekly classes in her studio and she likes to weave in to her classes strenght, breath-centered movements, mindfullness and joy to be yoga truly beneficial to the mind, body and soul.
